QuickBooks Payments transaction fee not calculating correctly

      Description

      I have setup a transaction fee of 1% on all credit card transactions. When my customers make a payment we are noticing that when when run our report off of QuickBooks payments system that they are being charged the transaction fee twice. It does not show on our end or the notice that we receive when a payment is made. we only see it in our deposit report from QuickBooks.
