The one enabled is not the one Inactive in QBO.
I see a lot of customer records like that in your account. If you go to the enable/disable customers page and click the checkbox "show disabled", you will see them all. It may be that some disabled accounts are still enabled in the portal?
Any idea why there is a "(delete)" addendum to the invoices included in the screenshot below?
